Craig is a North East based drummer with a passion for teaching and playing music. He spent his early years playing in the South Tyneside Youth Orchestra, The Young Sinfonia (Sage Gateshead) and various percussion ensembles. Craig moved to London to study at Tech Music Schools from which he graduated with a 2:1 (hons). His time spent at TMS gave him valuable knowledge in advanced techniques and stylistic vocabulary behind the kit as well as the tools to teach this to others.

Whilst living in London Craig earned valuable experience touring with established bands as well as gaining useful recording experience. As an educator he has the skills and techniques to instruct drummers all across the board and has a particular interest in seeing students grow and develop. Between gigging abroad and teaching he is a regular on the function circuit playing in bands for weddings and corporate events across the country and European mainland. Highlights of his gigging career have seen him perform in places such as: California, London, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Slovenia, Croatia, Holland and Switzerland.
Craig also spent a year being an Assistant Manager in the Hire Department at Bell Music. This gave him a unique insight into the music industry by working closely with Britain's most professional percussionists and drummers. He hired equipment out to many different clients, including: Abbey Road Studios, Coldplay, X Factor, Britain's Got Talent, Air Studios, Sting, Peaky Blinders, BBC Proms, BBC Symphony Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, The London Philharmonic Orchestra and many more.
