I’m a session musician with a few artists and function bands. Qualified grade 8 musician with over 15 years professional experience.
I have taught at schools and colleges in the Surrey/Greater London area alongside my private lessons.
This summer, I have played at 10 festivals starting with Glastonbury and ending with Boardmasters in Newquay whilst appearing live on BBC2 from Glastonbury and on Sky Sports from Lords cricket ground at a Hundreds game.
I teach at a fixed location (studio)
Acoustic kit and PA for playing backing tracks etc.
As a multi-instrumentalist I can also play along on bass and guitar to help you learn songs at a slower pace or getting used to playing live with other musicians.

Experience and Qualifications
Over a decade of live experience as both drummer and bass guitarist means that I can help you achieve realistic drumming goals and grades. I'm happy to work from any books you may have or to tailor a programme. Rockschool Grade 8, HND from ACM. I also teach Trinity grades.

Andrew has been teaching my son Aaron to play the Drums for some time, first at College and now privately at his home. Aaron is really enjoying his lessons, he is learning new techniques and his standard is improving. He is studying with the Rockschool Drums Grade Books and under Andrew's tuition passed Grade 6 last year and is now working on Grade 7.
